Director, Tribal Welfare, Paderu, Alluru Seetharamaraju District, on regular basis. However, now respondent No.4 who is also a Superintendent working at Tribal Welfare Department, Parvathipuram Manyam District, has been deputed to work along with petitioner in the cadre of Superintendent on OD basis by proceedings dated 27.09.2024 issued by respondent No.3. As respondent No.4 has been also deputed to work along with petitionerwhere there is only one post of Superintendent, petitioner apprehends that he would be relocated from such place in order to accommodate respondent No.4 on regular basis. The proceedings dated 27.09.2024 indicates that the aforesaid 4. arrangement was made for administrative convenience and respondent No.4 3 has been deputed to work at Paderu in the cadre of Superintendent purely on OD basis but not on regular basis. Therefore, the apprehension of the petitioner is premature, in case respondents take any further steps to continue respondent No.4 on regular basis, petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the same. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand SOI- A.
