The petitioner is a fair price shop dealer in Kondamanayunipa lli Village. Due to political scenario, the 4‘^ respondent is insisting the petitioner to submit his resignation in order to accommodate the person of their choice the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop was placed under suspension without proper inspection. 4. Though the impugned order refers that the petitioner’s fair price shop was suspended pending enquiry, the respondents procedure as contemplated under clause 8(4) of Andhra Pradesh Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2018 which violation of principles of natural justice. Therefore, the impugned proceedings dated 06.01.2025 is liable to be set-aside and is accordingly set-aside by directing the respondents to follow the procedure as contemplated under Control Order, 2018. The respondents are further directed to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
