2. The present revision petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:-

order impugned dated 17/07/2025 by the Court of Ld. Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. 3.2 This Hon'ble Court may please be kind enough to issue order to not take any coercive steps against the petitioner in MJC/461/2023 till the disposal of this petition as petitioner is unable to walk or travel to Bilaspur from Pune presently. 3.3 This Hon'ble Court may please be kind enough in quashing and setting aside the order impugned dated 17/07/2025 passed by the Court of Ld. Judge, Family Court, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh in Criminal Miscellaneous Judicial Case No.461/2023 (Annex A-1) and order the application to be decided on merit without any prejudice. 3.4 Cost & any other relief may please also be granted.”
3. It appears that with the passage of time, the applicant has lost interest in pursuing this matter.
4. Accordingly, the revision is dismissed on this ground alone. Interim relief if any stands vacated.
5. Let a copy of this order be transmitted to the trial Court concerned forthwith for necessary information and compliance.
