The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 280 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 465 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 317(5) of the B.N.S. Act and Section 25(1-B) (a), 26(1) of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Seraikella. 3. It was submitted that a country-made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody for more than six months. 4. Mr. Tarun Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Seraikella in connection with Adityapur P.S.
