Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 would submit that the order passed by the Additional Collector is revisable according to the provisions of Section 50 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue SMT NIRMALA RAO -2- Code, as the application moved by the petitioner under Section 170-B of CGLRC was allowed but the Collector vide its order dated 4.1.2019, set aside the said order. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedy available under the law. 3. No objection from the other side. 4. Permission is granted. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner prefers a duly constituted revision before the Divisional Commissioner, it is expected that the authority concerned shall decide the revision strictly in accordance with law. The issue with regard to limitation would be considered with a liberal approach, keeping in view the fact that the petition remained pending before this Court for a considerable period. 6.
