This being a policy matter the question of issuing a direction to the official respondents does not arise as none of the 4th respondent operate any airlines services. 3. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition filed as a public interest litigation cannot be granted. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. (T. S.
