1. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard finally.

2 / 3 following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 20-08-2025 (Annexure P-4) within stipulated time period. 10.2 Any appropriate writ, direction or order may also kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has filed an application dated 20/08/2025 (Annexure P-4) before the Respondent No.2 raising objection for opening of Society at Village Panchayat, Khara and prayed for the opening of Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society in Village Niwaspur, however, till date no action has been taken on the application of the petitioner, therefore, it is prayed that the concerned respondent authority may be directed to decide the same.
4. Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition may be
disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2 to decide the application made by the petitioner.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents with utmost circumspection.
6. Perusal of Annexure P/2, which is a notification dated 07/08/2025, whereby the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Co-operative Society has invited objections and submissions up till 22/08/2025 and the petitioner has filed the objection on 20/08/2025. Therefore,
3 / 3 looking to the grievance raised by the petitioner, it would be appropriate to direct Respondent No.2 to decide the application/objection dated 20/08/2025 (Annexure P-4) raised by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously as early as possible. It is ordered accordingly.
7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the respondent authorities shall decide the objection of the petitioner on its own merits.
8. With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition stands
