On instructions, he submits that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner nos.1 & 2 on 10.07.2020 while petitioner nos.3 & 4 have been exonerated. 5. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, writ petition has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as such. 6.
