Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is entitled for the grant of benefit of minimum pay scale as per the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in State of Punjab vs. Jagjit Singh, 2017 (1) SCC 148, which benefit is not being granted to the petitioner by the respondents, which is causing prejudice to the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance in the legal notice dated 24.02.2025 (Annexure P-4), which is still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner. 3. In case, it is found feasible to accept the claim of the petitioner, the same will be accepted, otherwise due reasons for not accepting the claim of the petitioner will be mentioned in the speaking order so passed which order will be conveyed to the petitioner for his information and necessary action. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 6.
