At the threshold, learned Public Prosecutor submitted factual report dated 16.05.2025 prepared by the S.H.O. Police Station, Sarmathura, District Dholpur mentioning therein that the investigation has been completed in the instant matter and after investigation, dispute between the parties is found to be purely of civil nature. Hence, the police authorities have filed negative final report before the learned Court below. 3. Factual reported dated 16.05.2025 is taken on record. 4.
