The Court made the following Order:
Heard Sri D.V. Sasidhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, Smt. Anne Devi Subhashini, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.5 – Temple. 2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in taking action on the irregularities committed by the respondent No.6. 3.
When the matter was taken up for consideration today, Sri D.V. Sasidhar, learned counsel for the petitioners has placed before the Court a copy of proceedings of the respondent No.2, dated 05.11.2025 received by him in the case. A perusal of the same reflects that, pursuant to the representation made by the petitioners, the department has proposed action against respondent No. 6 and, in that connection, a show cause notice has also been issued. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that since the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. 4. In view of the foregoing, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 4
