I submit that I filed a complaint against the petitioner and others and the same was registered as in Crime No. 83 of 2023 Under Section 420, 120(B) r/w 34 IPC and Section 489(B) r/w 511 IPC on the file of the Aspari Police Station, Kurnool District. The crime was registered basing on a written report said to have been submitted by the 2"'^ respondent on 10.07.2023 against the petitioner/Accused No.3 and other accused. After completing the investigation the respondent police filed charge sheet and the same was numbered as PRC.NO 07 of 2023 on the file of the Hon'ble Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Alur, Kurnool District. , 2. It is submitted that at heat movement I filed the case against the petitioner, the petitioner and I/the 2^^*^ respondent have compromised the above said case.
