Mr. L.Syiem, learned counsel for the writ petitioner has submitted at the outset that pursuant to the order dated 17-02-2025, flag marks have been erected where the Mawbris exists and also dumping has since ceased. 2. Dr. N.Mozika, learned DSGI assisted by Ms. M.Myrchiang, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 has supported this submission and submits that further dumping shall not be done in these areas and the respondent No. 3 shall ensure that the construction does not disturb the Mawbris. 3. On these submissions, the writ petition stands closed and disposed of. 4. It is however provided that for any other reliefs or grievances that might exist, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the respondent No. 3 for resolution of the same.
