ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief/s:- ‘‘...to issue an appropriate Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in issuing the letter vide Rc.No.877/E1/2025 dated 04.04.2025 directing me to attend the enquiry on 23.04.2025 without furnishing me a complaint copy despite making repeated requests and entreaties by me to provide the copy of the complaint as arbitrary illegal and violative of Article 14 of the Indian Constitution besides being violative of sacred Principles of Natural Justice and consequently set aside all subsequent action of the Respondent No. 3 in calling me to attend the enquiry without following procedure establish by the law and pass such other order or orders...." Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondents. 2. 3. Petitioner is working as District Malaria Officer at Prakasam District. Petitioner has been summoned for enquiry scheduled to be held on 23.04.2025 before Enquiring Officer i.e., respondent No.3 for conducting enquiry on certain allegations of corruption. Petitioner is neither been provided with a copy of the complaint or the documents basing on which the allegations are said to be leveled for responding to the same. Petitioner has addressed a letter dated 15.04.2025 to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to supply the copies of complaint and other related documents, if any, and also to postpone enquiry. As no response came to be received, petitioner preferred present writ petition. 3

Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record the letter dated 22 intimating postponement of appearing for respondents has 04.2025 addressed by respondent No.3 enquiry scheduled to be held on 23.04.2025 and as per the said letter, it is stated that the next schedule will be Intimated course of time. Further, in due on oral instructions, he would submit that petitioner has not been supplied with complaint and other documents and only after supplying the aforesaid documents and relevant material basing on which, the proposed stand is undertaken, the respondent would fix next date of enquiry. 5.
