The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject property, admeasuring to extent of 235.46 square yards out of an extent of 10 cents out of total extent of Ac. 1.50 cents in Sy. No. 944, situated in Rajampet Revenue Village and Mandal of Annamaiah District and having acquired the subject property through a registered sale deed bearing Document No. 2664 of 2021, dated 30.06.2021, from his vendor, M. Savithramma. While intending to purchase the subject property, the petitioner presented the documents for registration before the 3rd respondent on 26.07.2024. However, the said registration refused by the 3rd respondent, vide Refusal No. 5 of 2024, dated 03.07.2024. Aggrieved by the refusal order dated 03.07.2024, the petitioner preferred Appeal No. 8 of 2024, dated 09.07.2024, before the 2"'* respondent. Even though the petitioner preferred an appeal assailing the order passed by the an an was an •3rd respondent, the 2"^^ respondent neither considered the appeal nor issued other proceedings. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents submits that since Appeal No. 8 of 2024, dated 09.07.2024, is pending before the 2*^^ respondent, the respondents will consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a reasonable time. 5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion the present Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the 2^^^ respondent to consider the appeal No. 8 of 2024, dated 09.07.2024 preferred by the petitioner by providing an opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within in period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
