None for respondent No.7. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge Petitioners seek directions to respondents No. 1 and 2, to transfer FIR No. 170/2023, dated 11.06.2023, registered under Section 379 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Nalagarh, District Baddi, to some other Police Station. Petitioners also seek direction to the respondents to file closure report in the said FIR and for 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 proceedings to be initiated under Section 182 IPC against respondent No. 3. 2. Respondents 1, 2, and 11 as also respondent No. 10 have filed their respective reply. Learned Deputy Advocate General has also placed on record instructions from Superintendent of Police, Police District Baddi and on that basis submits that investigations in the FIR have been transferred from SHO Police Station Nalagarh to SHO Women Police Station Baddi. Learned counsel for the petitioners acknowledges this factual position. Thus, the main grievance of the petitioners relating to transfer of investigations in the FIR stands satisfied. 3. In so far as petitioners’ prayer for filing closure report in the said FIR and to initiate proceedings under Section 182 IPC against respondent No 3 are concerned, the same shall be subject to the outcome of the investigations which are stated to be under way. Reserving right of the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy in respect of these two issues, at an appropriate stage, in case necessity so arises in the future and taking note of the stand of the respondents in the reply as also in the office instructions, the present writ petition is disposed of. 3 Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
