ORDER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following reliefs:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one Mandamus declaring the action of the 3' respondent (RDO) In not proceeding with the Appeal vide Roc.G/885/2003 dated 24.07.2023 with respect to mutation of petitioner’s name pertaining to her land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.80 cents situated in Sy.No.4A/1B, Thimminaidu palem Village, Tirupati District as illegal, arbitrary and offend Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3''^ respondent (RDO) to expedite the Appeal vide Roc.G/885/2003 dated 24.07.2023 by fixing time and such other order. ”
2. Though the petitioners made several allegations against the respondents, during hearing,
learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court, to issue a direction to the respondents to dispose of the appeal dated 24.07.2023 preferred by the petitioner.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue refused and agreed to dispose of the appeal dated 24.07.2023 preferred by the petitioner, if any pending with the respondents.
4. In view of the submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court need not decide the truth otherwise of the allegations made in the petition. This Court is conscious that no such direction be issued, in view of the judgment pass not or
