By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent No. 1 and 4 to grant police protection for lifting, raw material, semi- processed 2 material (work in progress) and finished raw material which has been given to respondent No. 3 for processing be kindly granted. 10.2 That, respondent No. 2 be kindly directed to restrain from creating hindrance while lifting, raw material, semi-processed (work in progress) and finished material from the factory of respondent No. 3. The respondent No. 2 be kindly also directed not to manhandle, misbehave, threat or adopt coercive method against the man power employed for lifting of the material. 10.3 That, the respondent No. 4 be kindly directed to grant police protection to the extent of lifting of raw material, semi and finished goods belonging to the Petitioner Industry which are lying at the factory of Respondent No.3 at Raipur, in the light of application dated 14.12.2018 seeking police protection to them immediately. 10.4 Any other relief which the Hon’ble Court deems fit be also be granted.” 2. From a perusal of the Order-sheets, it would show that there is no interim order in favour of the petitioner and by efflux of time the petition has become infructuous as there was prayer seeking Police protection for lifting up of raw material, semi processed material and finished material. 3. It appears that the petition has become infructuous by efflux of time; therefore, the same is hereby dismissed.
