The writ petition was filed to declare the action of 6 to 8 and other respondents in not removing encroachments made by respondents the 60 Feet Wide Road personas on portion in the Abhyudaya Society layout, bearing on the Eastern Side of the layout LP.No.3/89 situated despite repeated representations, as illegal and arbitrary. 4. The said writ petition of the order reads as follows; was allowed on 03.03.2015. The operative portion ■In that view of the matter, it is for the competent authority to representations including the latest and pass appropriate orders i (4) weeks from the date of consider the one i.e.. 19.02.2015 of the petitioners in accordance with law, within a period of four receipt of a copy of this order. Acoordingiy, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition Shall stand closed.” 3 A counter-affidavit was filed by the 3^'^ respondent along with endorsement vide R.C.No..../2016-B, dated 20.01.2016. As seen from the endorsement, in pursuance of the order in the writ petition, a survey was conducted, and the authorities found no encroachments, and as such, the endorsement was issued. 5‘. 6. Thus, the respondent authorities, in pursuance of the order dated 03.03.2015 in W.P.No.5150 of 2015, conducted a survey and issued an endorsement dated 20.01.2016 and thereby complied with the order. This Court does not find any violation. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No costs. 7. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
