By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble may kindly be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus setting-a-side the order dated 08.01.2025 (Annexure P/1) whereby the petitioner has been transferred to Veterinary Dispensary, Tatapani, District Balrampur (C.G.). 10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to allow the petitioner to work in the present place of posting i.e. Centralized Seaman Centre, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.). 10.3. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief as it may deems fit and appropriate.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has raised many grounds for quashment of the transfer order of the petitioner dated 08.01.2025. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that on the basis of such grounds, the said transfer order cannot be canceled. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been engaged in 21st Live Stock Census to which the petitioner has inadvertently could not make as a ground in this petition, as such, the petitioner is granted liberty to make appropriate representation before the authority concerned along with the relevant documents within a period of 10 days from the date of copy of this order and in turn, the authorities are directed to consider and decide the said representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from 3 the date of receipt of copy of the said representation. However, till the decision of the said representation, the transfer order dated 08.01.2025 in respect of the petitioner is kept in abeyance. 5.
