The Secretary, D.L.S.A., Visakhapatnam on 24.03.2025 submitted a comprehensive report along with necessary documents, submitting that the learned Judge, Family Court, Visakhapatnam furnished information through letter dated 22.03.2025 vide Dis.No.133, dated 22.03.2025 that O.P.No.634 of 2008 was filed in between the respondent No.1-Bonda Sreenivasa Rao and the petitioner-Bonda Surya Kumari, on the file of learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam and the case was disposed on 22.10.2010 as, ‘‘No representation. Petitioner had died, and the petition was dismissed as infructuous’’. 2. Further, the Secretary, D.L.S.A., Visakhapatnam, directed the S.H.O, II Town Police Station, to serve notice on the petitioner-Bonda Surya Kumari. Accordingly, notices were served and the petitioner was present before the Secretary, D.L.S.A., Visakhapatnam on 21.03.2025 and submitted a representation that the respondent No.1-Bonda Sreenivasa Rao in this Criminal Revision Case, died on 24.09.2010 and she has no interest in pursuing the legal proceedings against the deceased/respondent No.1. 3 3. The report is accompanied with the letter of the petitioner-defacto complainant. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned assistant public prosecutor. 5. It is reported that respondent No.2-Bonda Rama Lakshmi, died long ago. 6. In view of the demise of the respondent No.1, the Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed as abated. 7. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. No order as to costs.
