2 The Court made the following Common Judgment: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice N.Jayasurya, J) The present appeals have been preferred by the appellant -wife against the orders granting dissolution of the marriage vide Common Order dated 25.03.2015 in FCOP No.232 of 2011 and rejecting the application for conjugal on the file of the Family Court-cum-V rights vide FCOP No.1264 of 2011 Additional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam. At the time of considering these matters, both the appellant-wife and respondent-husband appeared before this Court, they are identified by their respective counsel. Both the parties filed a Joint Memo of Compromise, wherein, inter alia, they stated that they have been living together for the last three (03) years, under one roof, by resuming their marital life. On this Court, they also affirmed the said position. In view of the said Joint Memo and the statement made by them, the
Order granting decree for divorce dated 25.03.2015 is set aside and the FCA (SR) No.34949 of 2015 and FCA (SR) No.34953 of 2015 are disposed of. No costs. a query by This Court also place on record the efforts made by the learned counsel on both sides for resolving the issue between the parties amicably. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of this order. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
