The Petitioner is the Defendant in the Suit. The Respondent herein filed Suit in O.S.No.150 of 2018 seeking recovery of Rs.6,32,100/- with subsequent interest at 24% p.a. under Ex.A.1-Promissory note. The Petitioner filed written statement disputing the claim of the plaintiff. Pending the suit, the Petitioner filed I.A.No.275 of 2019 seeking to send Ex.A.1 Promissory note to Nutron Activation Analysis, Babha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Mumbai for analysis and opinion with regard to the age of the signature and the contents of Ex.A.1 Promissory note. The trial Court dismissed the application. Hence, the present revision is filed. 3. Heard Sri Venkata Rao Penumaka, learned counsel for the Petitioner. This Court in CRP.Nos.2281 and CRP.No.2745 of 2023 while 4. considering a similar issue held that there is no science to determine the age of ink and dismissed the revision petitions. Following the same, this revision petition is dismissed. 5. No order as to costs.
