It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that despite a direction for the respondent Department to consider the representation of the petitioner, the respondent authority has failed to consider the said representation. On behalf of the alleged contemnor, it is submitted that subsequent to the passing of the order dated May 21, 2024, the respondent authorities by an order dated August 9, 2024 have duly considered and disposed of the 2 above representation. A copy of the above representation is also taken on record. In view of the above, there can be no question of contempt in so far as the above grievance is concerned. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate proceeding if the circumstances so warrant in accordance with law in case of any subsequent cause of action. With the above directions, CPAN 1680 of 2025 in WPA 8894 of 2023 stands dismissed. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
