Deepchand and others), under Sections 420, 323, 504, 506, 406, 452, 427, 447 IPC arising out of case crime NO. 345 of 2021, Police Station Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since 2023, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid Case No.36972 of 2023, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
