9.8.2017 in respect of the 2nd petitioner, on the basis of the policy of the 2nd respondent ignoring the approval granted by the 3rd respondent for an intake of 30 seats each in three M. Pharmacy Specializations of Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis & Quality Control and Pharmacology specializations as arbitrary and illegal, ultra vires the JNTU Act, 2008 and Statutory Regulations and violative of Article 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and issue a consequential direction to the 4th respondent to grant affiliation for the M. Pharmacy courses to the 2nd petitioner institution for the intake as approved by the 3rd respondent vide extension of approval dated 30.03.2017 for the academic year 2017-18 and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2017(WPMP 38868 OF 2017

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 4 and 5 to allot students to the petitioner in respect of the entire approved intake of 30 seats each in M.
