The petitioner states that the 4th respondent has frozen the petitioner’s bank account pursuant to the requisition received from the police. The action of the 4th respondent is illegal and arbitrary. Hence, this writ petition. 3.Heard; the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent bank. 4. The learned counsel for the 4th respondent bank submitted that, the account mentioned in the writ petition is not that of the petitioner. The said account belongs to one Abdul Shameer, who is the proprietor of 2025:KER:30257 WP(C) NO. 9898 OF 2025 4 M/s Nora Tours and Travels. Therefore, the petitioner cannot have a grievance over the debit freezing of the said account. In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed, by reserving the right of the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition, if they have any grievance regarding their bank account.
