Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order dated 14.5.2025 has not been complied by the applicant. There is no explanation given by the applicant for non-compliance of the order dated 14.5.2025 pertaining to deposit of Rs.25,000/- before the Mediation Centre of this Court for mediation proceedings, although, the applicant has enjoyed the interim order granted by this Court by order dated 14.5.2025. Since the applicant has not complied with the order of this Court dated 14.5.2025 and no reason has been assigned for non-compliance, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed.
