...Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not giving appointments to the petitioners herein as Management Trainees (Technical) in the employment notification 2 of 2010 published on 22.04.2010 in spite of finally selecting them after the written test, interviews and medical tests which they cleared successfully as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and is against the Constitutional guarantees and to consequently direct the respondents to give appointments to the petitioners as Management Trainees (Technical) or any other suitable appointment with seniority or par with the candidates who were already given appointments under the said notification and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2015(WPMP 16452 OF 2015 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to pass an interim direction against the respondents to keep seven posts of Management Trainees (Technical) vacant in the interest of justice during the pendency of this writ petition.
IA NO: 1 OF 2016(WPMP 23643 OF 2016 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased expedite hearing of above said WP No.12496 of 2015 by

The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following main prayer:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not giving appointments to the petitioners herein as Management Trainees (Technical) in the employment notification 2 of 2010 published on 22.04.2010 in spite of finally selecting them after the written test, interviews and medical tests which they cleared successfully as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and is against the Constitutional guarantees and to consequently direct the respondents to give appointments to the petitioners as Management Trainees (Technical) or any other suitable appointment with seniority or par with the candidates who were already given appointments under the said notification and to pass….”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to work out his legal remedies. 3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. 5
4. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
