The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2"^ respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioner dated 07.04.2025.
2. The petitioner's grievance is that he applied for leave for 53 days from 10.07.2007 to 25.07.2007 (for 16 days) and from 13.11.2007 to 20.12.2007 to

appear in examinations of the B. Tech course. However, the leave period was converted to Extraordinary Leave (EOL). The said period was not considered while computing the petitioner's length of service. As such, the petitioner was placed at SI.No.6. Thus made representation to the authorities to consider, regularizing the leave period 53 days while counting service as on 30.09.2020.
4. As noted from the representation annexed to the writ petition, it is dated
07.04.2025. The petitioner seeks issuance of a Mandamus to the respondents alleging inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the representation dated 07.04.2025.
5. Since the petitioner's representation is recent, it cannot be said that there is the part of the respondents. However, having regard to the inaction on
contentions advanced respondent to pass appropriate orders on 07.04.2025 within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after giving nd the Court deems it appropriate to direct the 2 the representation dated due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
