Learned counsel for Respondent No.5 brought to the notice of this Court that in Para No.28 of the judgment, under the caption “Apportionment,” Respondent No.5 has been incorrectly mentioned as Respondent No.4. It is a clerical and inadvertent error. Respondent No.4 is the driver of the offending vehicle, whereas Respondent No.5 is entitled to compensation. Therefore, the Apportionment shall be among the claimants 1 to 3 and respondent No.5 only. In view of the above, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in Para No.28 of the judgment vide Column Nos.ii and iii, under the caption “Apportionment,” as “Respondent No.5” 2 in place of “Respondent No.4” and necessary consequential corrections shall also be carried out in the decree.
