The petitioners claim that they have already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam, and that on 18.01.2025 notice was issued and the matter has now been fixed on 28.01.2025.
2. It is stated that even when the S.A was accompanied by an application seeking interim protection, no orders have been passed in the IA. It is stated that in the meantime, an advocate commissioner has been appointed to take over the possession of the property in question and if the commissioner warrant is executed, the S.A filed by the petitioner would be rendered academic.

3. Considering the limited nature of controversy, we dispose of this Writ Petition with a direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Visakhapatnam to dispose of IA.No.155 of 2025 filed in SA.No.35 of 2025. Till appropriate orders are passed in the IA, status quo be maintained with regard to possession of the petitioners. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
