Petitioner/applicant seeks review of order dated 03.09.2025 and, alongwith his review application, he has also filed an application seeking condonation of delay in filing the same. 2. The point raised in the present petition is very simple. 3. The petitioner, in an ongoing eviction petition, had filed an application under Order I Rule 10 CPC. However, his such application was dismissed by the learned Rent Controller. 4. Such dismissal was never challenged by him. 5. After the abovesaid eviction petition was disposed of, the tenant had earlier filed an appeal, but such appeal was withdrawn by him on 25.08.2023. The petitioner herein had also filed an application seeking his impleadment and had moved an application under Order I Rule 10 CPC. However, since the This is a digitally signed order. There does not seems to be any error apparent on the face of record and, in the garb of review, the petitioner merely seeks another decision, which is not permissible. 8.
