Perused the record and proceedings. 2. Learned Advocates for the parties submit that in Special Case No.82/2021 pending before Sessions Court at Khamgaon, seven witnesses have been examined. 3. Learned APP submits that prosecution is proposing to examine two to three witnesses. 4. Learned Advocates submit that considering the role attributed to this accused, he was released on bail vide order dated 28.02.2023. In view of this, the following order is passed. (i) Criminal Appeal is allowed. (ii) The order dated 04.08.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Khamgaon, District Buldhana in Regular Bail Application No.272/2021 is set aside.
