The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 12.2.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-Ist, in Session Case No. 288 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No. 87 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366 of I.P.C., P.S. Kaimganj, District Farrukhabad, whereby an application under Section 216 of Cr.P.C. filed by the present applicant/first informant is dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
