Learned counsel for the respondent Bank states that the notice under challenge, issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, dated 19.11.2024, has been withdrawn and that a fresh notice would be issued which may give rise to a fresh cause of action, if at all, to the petitioner herein.
In that view of the matter, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
This Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous accordingly. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
