THE ADVOCATE GENERAL The Court made the following: 2 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY W.P.No.29519 of 2011 O R D E R:- This writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings issued by Respondent No.2 in Rc.No.2432/95-A1 dated 13.10.2011 directing the Petitioner to vacate the premises bearing Plot No.5 situated at Timber Yard, Aryapuram, Rajahmundry. In the said proceedings it was mentioned that the extension of lease granted in favour of the Petitioner by increasing lease rent by 331/3% is not possible. 2. This Court, while dealing with similar issue, by its common order dated 04.12.2023 disposed of all the writ petitions in W.P.No.29576 of 2011 and batch giving liberty to the Petitioners to make applications to the authority concerned for extension of lease and if such applications are filed, the authority concerned shall pass orders strictly in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the Petitioners. 3. As the issue in the present writ petition is covered by the said common order, this writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. Copy of the common order dated 04.12.2023 in 3 W.P.No.29576 of 2011 is to be attached to this order. No order as to costs.
