Accordingly, the matter was listed for hearing today. A status report has been filed before this Court. The relevant portions are extracted hereunder: 3. While executing the extension woks based on the sanction, an objection was raised by the Thiru.P.Murugesan, S/o.Palaniyappa Gounder to erect the HT & LT line and Distribution transformer. Hence one the applicant Thiru.P.Saravanan, S/o.Palaniyappan file the Writ petition.27180/2023 in Honorable High Court Madras and the Judgment was delivered on 14.09.2023 and instructed to execute the extension works by providing Police protection Under Sec XI of the Indian Telegraph act and also instructed to give new electricity service connection to Thiru.P.Saravanan, S/o.Palaniyappan at SF No.233/3E to extend the Ex.LT line of J.E.Palli-SS-VII within two weeks from the date of receipt of 2 / 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Honorable High Court Judgment. Based on the above new service connection was effected in the existing LT line itself to Thiru.P.Saravanan, S/o.Palaniyappan at SF No.233/3E Zamin Illampillai village on 22.03.2024 with the pending of erection of new lines and Distribution Transformer. After that to execute the extension works again Thiru.P.Saravanan, S/o.Palaniyappan and Thiru.K.Gowrishankar, S/o.Kottaiyappan was objected to erect new lines and Distribution Transformer. Hence necessary complaint was lodged to Sub Inspector Police, Jedarpalayam and there is still pending in Jedarpalayam Police station. 4. Hence as per TNERC Distribution code 27(2) (K), the letter addressed to The RDO/Tiruchengode to arrange way leave to erect new lines and Distribution Transformer on 30.08.2024 and the same was intimated to The petitioner Thiru.G.Akilesh vide f/vz;/br/bgh-,&g-g/nt-t/M-nfh Zoho App/ m/vz;026/2024-25, ehs; 30.09.2024. After getting way leave approval from RDO/Tiruchengode, new HT/LT lines and Distribution Transformer will be erected and new agriculture service connection will be effected to the petitioner. 3.It is clear from the above that the respondents are now willing to give the agricultural service connection to the petitioner. Hence, there shall be a direction to the respondents to complete this process as expeditiously as possible.
