The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:- “It is therefore most humbly prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and quash the impugned FIR dated 01.11.2023 bearing no.381 of 2023 registered at Police Station Jashpur, Chhattisgarh and/or the charge- sheet arising from the impugned FIR, if the same is filed during the pendency of this petition.” 3. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that in the present case, Closure Report dated 20.01.2025 has been submitted before the concerned competent Court. 4. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to law, if aggrieved by the Closure Report, if so advised.
