The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 to re-investigate the matter in UDR No.09/2022 registered at Chigateri Police Station, Harapanahalli Taluk, Vijayanagar District. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with utmost care. 4. AGA on instructions submits that the investigation is completed in respect of UDR No.09/2022 and the B-report has been filed, hence, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition. Because of completion of the investigation and filing of the B-report, nothing survives for consideration as of today.
