The petitioner has filed the present petition against non-payment of pension to the petitioner as well as non-payment of difference of pension amount. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the petitioner remained absent from her services from 11.11.2019 to 31.01.2021, therefore, the said period has been treated as dies-non, which has caused delay in releasing the pensionary benefit to the petitioner. He would further submit that on 06.07.2025 pensionary benefits has already been sanctioned and arrears amount is to be paid for which they are in process of releasing the same. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission, the respondents are directed to release the pension/arrears amount to the petitioner within 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
