The petitioner who is working as Principal has filed this writ petition assailing order dated 29.08.2025 by which he has been transferred and posted at Government Higher Secondary School Chandannagar, Premnagar, District- Surajpur (C.G.). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is senior to respondent No. 4, therefore, he should have been posted at Government Higher Secondary School, P.W.D. Rampur District- Korba in place of respondent No. 4 as per the policy. Prayer is allowed. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
