Today, none appeared on behalf of petitioner. 2. This is second round of litigation. The petitioner has earlier approached this Court by way of filing a Writ Petition No. 21236/2008 which was disposed of vide order dated 21.12.2012 to consider claim of petitioner. 3. Sri Ashok Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondents refers contents of impugned order passed on basis of above referred order and further refers conclusion that petitioner's appointment was cancelled since he remained continuous absent from May, 2003 and subsequently, on basis of proposal of Committee of Management, services were terminated and it was approved. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that no substantial material is brought on record that findings of impugned order are perverse. 5. In aforesaid circumstances, considering grounds mentioned in impugned order as well as considering pleadings and since learned advocates for petitioner are not present, therefore, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution with a cost of Rs. 1000/- to be deposited in High Court Bar Association, Allahabad. 6. In case cause still survives, the petitioner may file recall/review application within 8 weeks. 7.
