Heard Sri B.V. Aanjaneyulu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader reported that as against the claim made by the petitioner to a tune of Rs.13,63,323/-, the authorities have admitted and paid an of amount of Rs.13,58,171/-. 4. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner requested to record the said submission and prayed to close the writ petition 4 with a liberty to file an application if the petitioner is still aggrieved. 5. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. If at all the petitioner still feels that the cause in the writ petition survives, he can file appropriate application within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
