Even on 02.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner, and the matter was directed to be listed on 03.09.2025 under the caption ‘for Dismissal’. Although the matter is listed today, i.e., on 03.09.2025, under the caption ‘for Dismissal’, there is no representation for the petitioner. 2. On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the 6th respondent, on written instructions, submits that the investigation has been completed, and a charge sheet was filed against the petitioner’s husband on 03.10.2013 in C.C.No.2765 of 2023 on the file of the Special Mobile Court, Guntur. Further, on 11.12.2016, both parties entered into a compromise before the Lok Adalat, and the case was accordingly settled. 3. In view of the above submissions, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, and the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
