JUSTICE CHANDRA SHEKHAR JHA ORAL ORDER 2 25-07-2025 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. The present modification petition is being filed as to extend the date of surrender of petitioners, where their prayer of anticipatory bail was allowed through Cr. Misc. No. 5854 of 2024 dated 17.02.2024. 3. It is pointed out that due to certain reasons, petitioners could not surrender before the court within time. It is further submitted that the delay was neither intentional nor deliberate. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission and for the Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33445 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/2 reasons as mentioned in the present modification petition, petitioner is directed to surrender within three weeks i.e., by 15.08.2025 from the date of this order, before the trial court, whereupon, learned trial court is directed to release the petitioner on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount, in terms of order dated 17.02.2024 as passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5854 of 2024. 5. It is made clear that bail bond shall not be accepted after 15.08.2025. 6. This order shall be treated as a part of order dated 17.02.2024 as passed in Cr. Misc.
