1. The applicant has filed this MCC seeking for the following prayer;
“It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this application and grant one week time to the petitioner for submitting his representation as directed by order dated 03.09.2024 passed in W.P.(S)/2017/2025, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court, vide order dated 03.09.2024 passed in WPS No. 2017/2024, directed the petitioner to make a representation before the competent authority within a period of 30 days, and the said representation was directed to be decided within a further period of 120 days. He submits that the petitioner is an aged person suffering from serious ailments, and due to certain family issues, the representation could not be submitted within the stipulated time. He, therefore, prays that a further period of 15 days time may be granted to the petitioner to make the representation in compliance with the aforesaid order dated 03.09.2024 passed in WPS No. 2017/2024.
3. Learned State counsel opposes the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the applicant.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents available on record.
5. Be that as it may, considering the limited prayer made and in the interest of justice, a further period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order is granted to the applicant to submit the representation before the competent authority. The same shall be decided within a further period of 120 days, as directed by this Court in the earlier writ petition.
