ORDER:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.4 in Crime No.38 of 2023 on the file of Chinaganjam Police Station, Bapatia District for the alleged offence under Sections 409, 477-A, 420, 120-B read with 34 of I PC.
2. It is submitted that the petitioner is the relative of Accused No.1 and the 2"^ respondent has filed a complaint against the petitioner and the Accused No.1 for the alleged I offences under various provisions of law. It is submitted I that petitioner is not an employee of the 2"^ respondent and no way connected with the business of the 2"^^ respondent. The petitioner’s relative is arraigned as accused No.1 and he was working with the 2"^^ respondent as a Sales Manager.
3. However, the petitioner is also arraigned as an accused along with the 1®* accused for having sold the two wheelers without authorization from the 2"^^ respondent.

4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel, the petitioner is not employee of the 2^^ respondent and the provision of law would not be applicable to him. \
5. The Station House Officer, Chinaganjam Police Station, Bapatia District to complete investigation without taking coercive steps.
