3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the petitioners’ representation dated 11.04.2025 will be considered by the concerned respondent, as per law. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose off the Writ Petition at the stage of admission itself, directing the concerned respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation 11.04.2025, in accordance with law and the procedure contemplated Section 173(3) of the BNSS, 2023, preferably within period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
