For ACB, for the Respondent and the Court made the following; ORDER: “Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel-Cum-Special Public Prosecutor for ACB.^ The learned Standing Counsel-Cum-Special Public Prosecutor for ACB submits that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, but the charge sheet has not yet been filed. For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order in Crl.P.No.5799 of 2025 dated 23.06.2025, to appear before the learned Special Judge for SPE and ACB^ses at Kurnool^n every first Saturday of the month in between 10:00 A.M. and 05:00 P.M. till filing of the charge sheet, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner shall make himself available to the Investigating Officer as and when required.
